InterContinental Port Ghalib hosts the World Tennis Coaches Conference 26/12/2011 Posted By: maher Details Under the auspice of the Minister of Tourism, the 17th Worldwide Tennis Coaches conference, which Egypt is hosting for the first time, will be held in Port Ghalib. This announcement comes as part of the ministry's efforts to promote tourism and display the diversity of Egyptian resorts for featuring sports tourism. Mr. Mounir Abdel Nour, Minister of Tourism, stated that all preparations are being made to ensure the facilitation of admission of various nationalities, as well as proper reception of visitors. He further declared that plans are underway to study the possibility of the ministry's participation with an Egyptian stand in the 2012 National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA). Kensington Gardens, one of London's most beautiful parks, is to be the venue for ANOCA. Port Ghalib Red Sea has partnered with the Egyptian Tennis Federation to host the conference, which takes place every two years and provides tennis coaches with practical on-court coaching presentations, in addition to the latest sport science information and education.
